The whole business of ordering flowers online as a gift for someone is a difficult business especially when you live abroad. The customer cannot see what s/he has bought and paid for. The recipient of the gift is understandably too polite to say if the flowers arrive in poor condition as that would appear to be ungrateful. Having had a couple of disappointing experiences in the past (with another company), this time I asked point blank whether the flowers had arrived in good condition. I am pleased to say that the response was positive. The flowers (lilies) arrived on time and in good condition. Also they have lasted well. I am very pleased and will order from Debenhams again. Thank you.
