Ordered the 'ocean breeze' boquet and paid for the extra large size.
Flowers arrived in time slot promised. That is where things started to go down hill. Bouquet arrived in a thin long box, so flowers were squashed together. Luckily i live with the person they were for, so was able to make them presentable before giving them to her. At day 3 - some of the blue agapanthus had wilted and petals were shredding, yet some flowers where still in bud form. Day 4 - outer petals of roses going brown, stems of wilting agapanthus started to go brown, yet lilies still not open. Day 5 - roses heads started to droop. Lillies started to open, but have had to remove blue agapanthus from boquet as they have wilted so much. Due to having to remove the blue agapanthus, it has changed the whole look of the bouqet. The bouquet has never and will never look anything like the image depicted on the website, which is why i chose this particular bouquet. It only has two colours in it, a creamy white and blue. Without the blue the bouqet looses its stunnung affect. They were for my daughter for her graduation, a one off occasion!
Very disappionted and will not be using debenhams again. I have had to send 2 emails of complaint before i got a reply. i now have to take photos of the flowers and send them to the support team via email, so they can process the complaint. I do not have an up to date phone and have no idea how to transfer the images to my computer once i have taken them, as i am usless with technology. I dont even think i have a lead to link my phone to my computer! I will now have to get someone to help me to do this, by which time the 7 day guarentee will be up!
I have had flowers reduced in price from my local tesco express that have lasted longer!
Next time i will use interflora! They might be more expensive, but u get what u pay for!
