Flowers in the bouquet arrangement were lovely, fresh and well arranged. The recipient was very pleased with the item.
However, the delivery was not as expected. The item was delivered by Royal mail and the recipient was out on delivery. The item was put over a locked gate at the recipients home and a card put through the letter box.
