Awful. The worst on line shopping experience.
I sent flowers to a member of staff who had lost their mother. When they returned to work 2 weeks later I was told they had not received the flowers. When Debenhams were asked to investigate I was told I had missed the 7 day complaint window. I had not asked the bereaved about flowers as I took it for granted that if they had been ordered they would be delivered.
After a number of emails the flowers have now been sent - 2 weeks late. I was offered a larger bunch of flowers. Clearly a joke as I had already ordered the bigger Lily's.
It has been awful chasing a flower delivery with the bereaved and a considerable waste of my time.
