Received an email night before delivery date to say the flowers were in transit . Day of delivery received an email 2 minutes pas 5pm to say there was a problem and delivery date not achieved .
5pm the customer sales closes so couldnt speak to anyone ! offered an upgrade on flowers ie larger but the flowers ordered were a larger bunch !
Then offered a refund ...
