An absolute disgrace.
Ordered in October to have my Staffs hampers delivered on the 23rd December and only 1 arrived.
I emailed and called to be told it would be sorted out and then at 2.15 pm they told me that the other hadn't been sent out and it was now too late and that they would give me a refund - what a great help that was.
Luckily I managed to order from Virginia Hayward late in the day and they had the delivery to me 1st thing on Christmas Eve.
Virginia Hayward have my business from now on and Debenhams can go yodel up a Totem Pole for all I care.
