I bought these as a xmas gift ( delivered 18.12.15)for my Aunt. She said the Flowers looked good in the box. After 2 days the rose buds didn't open and the petals fell off, all the greenery went brown. She thought they seemed dry when she unpacked them. She has complained to the company and has been promised a new bunch in the new Year with a refund to me.
We will have to wait and see.
Never had problems before with flowers from Debenhams, but this has put me off ordering from them again.
