Not very impressed by the service or communications.
Most of the orders were not delivered on the requested days and where I had ordered 5 or 6 hampers to go to a company these were delivered over several days which caused a bit of embarrassment .
I had email notification on some of the deliveries but not on others so short of phoning my client to see if they received them I am still not sure that all the hampers were sent out
I phoned the customer services a couple of times but they were not very helpful.
I will not be using Debenham's Flowers next year.
