I ordered flowers for my best friend's birthday on 7 December. These were not delivered. As she did not ring to thank me for them I rang her on 11 Dec and I had to ask if she liked her flowers. Had I not asked her I would never have known they had not been delivered. I contacted you by phone to complain and you then sent the flowers on 12 December, as I only have a mobile phone the call cost me £2.50 which I cannot afford. At the same time that I ordered these flowers I ordered a 2nd bouquet to be delivered to a friend for 18th December, to 44 St. Austell avenue Heald Green .
