I was disappointed with this delivery. It was a Christmas eve to an old peoples home and not only was it not delivered but the card was left outside so the recipient had no idea she had missed a delivery and also there was no way we could contact anyone to go and collect them as it was all text automation
I had to collect them eventually on the Tuesday after Christmas when any good form sending them was lost and the flowers well past their best. I will in future I think use a local florist.
