I ordered some flowers to be delivered whilst I was out of the country for an anniversary. Having paid £5 for delivery before 12pm on a specific day, the flowers were attempted to be delivered the day before that, which meant that no one was there to receive them as I had instructed the recipient to be in for the specific time I had paid for them to be delivered. Because of this mistake, the flowers were not delivered until 3pm on the day they were supposed to arrive meaning that the recipient had to cancel plans for her day to wait in for them. On top of this, Debenhams ensure that their flowers stay fresh for 'at least 7 days or your money back', however I received photos of the flowers half dead only 3 days after the recipient had received them. I have filed a complaint asking for my money back over a week ago due to the terrible service received and have had no response since sending the photos of the flowers as evidence. I will not be using Debenhams flowers again.
