The web site crashed three times during my attempt to place two orders resulting in one order being processed twice. I had to telephone to try to resolve the matter and was told I would receive a phone call back. Instead I received an email saying I could not cancel one of the duplicate orders due to timings. I telephoned again and eventually was advised I would be refunded for one of the duplicate orders. I will never again use this service. Your website shortcomings can possibly be excused due to the festive period but the customer service, the time I spent in trying to resolve a fault that was not mine and the mobile telephone call charges can neither be excused or refunded.
