charged twice for the flowers apparently a system error
flowers did not arrive when expected, despite ordering on 21st for delivery on 24th and receiving a dispatch notification of next day delivery on 23rd they took an additional 6 days to reach the recipient (29th) with no further notification of a delay - highly unimpressed especially as this was my first order
