I ordered 2 bunches of flowers to be delivered on christmas eve, i was very upset with my order. Bunch 1 was a present for my mother to be delivered between 9-5 they decided to deliver the flowers prior to 8am when no one was home so I had to go and collect them from post office depot and hand-deliver them when I organised delivery!!! SHOCKING. The quality of the flowers were appalling too, two of the stems were broke upon arrival and the employee dealing with the complaint didn't even apologise for my experience and pretty much called me a liar at the quality of the flowers and requested proof before even taking me seriously. Bunch 2 was for my partner - they were delivered at the correct times. The quality again were shocking, I actually provided proof of this - 5 dead roses within 7 days of guaranteed life and 3 out of 5 dead lillies didn't open either - you pay good money for good service and quality and unfortunately Debenhams certainly didn't deliver! The complaints resolution team need to revisit the way they handle complaints cause quite simply by whole experience with Debenhams flowers has been nothing short of disgraceful. Complaint submitted weeks ago still waiting for response even though provided proof to a member of staff called Radostin. VERY UPSET AND ANGRY CUSTOMER. VERY POOR QUALITY.
