The only thing good I can say is they came next day.
The Roses nether open at all and was dead 4 days before the first lily opened .
Customer service is a joke... you place order with debenhams but they do not want to treat you and your rights as there customer, they want to take up your complaint with there supplier. My best advice go with some one like inter flora who pass your order on to local florist
