Ordered the flowers with a vase as a Suprise to celebrate moving into a new home with my special someone.
The vase, although paid for, was omitted from the delivery and therefore caused confusion that took the shine off the whole Suprise as I had to hastily hand the flowers over and chase the postman to see if he had it with him.
The cost of the vase was refunded but can't help but feel cheated out of what should have been a pleasant moment especially when you're paying premium to deal with what I would have regarded to be a professional company.
