I arranged flowers for the family of a close family friend who passed away over Christmas. Debenhams couldn't deliver next day so I arranged it for New Year's Eve. They didn't arrive and the impact has been awful, almost like we didn't care.
I sent an email asking them to investigate and 3 days later a response arrived offering either any upgraded bouquet or a full refund. As we had to arrange alternative flowers, I opted for the refund.
Exceptionally poor, we have lost some good friends as a consequence. Devastated.
