The flowers looked nice on the web site but not so great when I got them out of the box! Although the delivery was on time and they were nicely packaged I got a poor first impression when I opened the box. The flowers then started to wilt after only a couple of days and appearence didn't improve.
Debenhams flowers customer service were apologetic and handled my complaint OK, refunding me in a timely manner but unfortunately there wasn't anything special to make me want to use the company again :-(
