Unfortunately, not a reliable service. I ordered flowers on the 18th Dec (around 2 p.m) to be delivered on the 19th of Dec (afternoon). On the 22nd of Dec I learnt the flowers were not delivered. I wrote and email and then phone Debenhams to clarify the situation. They could not give a straight answer, however they apologised and promised to have the flowers being delivered by the 24th of Dec (afternoon). For a second time, the flowers were not delivered as promised, and once again, the reason was not clear, seem to be the fault of the courier, but I am not sure. The address was double checked, everything seemed fine. Flowers (two bouquets) were eventually delivered and arrived at the same time on the 30th of Dec.
