I am really disappointed. I ordered the flowers to be delivered on a Sunday for my sister as I knew she would be at work the following week. The flowers were not delivered as no delivery note was provided. My sister contacted to arrange an appropriate place to pick them up and was advised she could pick them up from a neighbouring town which due to not being able to drive and working she could not do this till the following Saturday, hence the flowers have not been picked up as they would be dead. Complete waste of money which was very expensive and this is not the first time debenhams has not committed to the expected time of delivery. Will not be ordering again. Not happy.
