They took far too long to be delivered and when I rang customer service they asked me to let them know whe they arrived!
The flowers apparently were lovely but i won't be using you again due to your shoddy attitude when I rang to ask where my the flowers were.
All you could do was blame the carrier and you weren't helpful in the slightest!
