Complete let dowm!!! Never received the flowers and was told they got lost. Customer service was shocking.
When i asked to speak to a manager, i was told they were off that day due to ill health.
I really thought i was dealing with a market trader and not a blue chip company, you cannot believe it.
By the way, if complain to them, bear in mind the call centre is in Romania.
Dont use them, try M&S.
