I ordered a large bouquet from Debenhams thinking Reputable Company

Sadly I was wrong
The flowers were ordered as a surprise to be delivered on a Sunday THE DAY AFTER which I paid extra for
I also requested to leave in a safe place if no one was home
Tuesday came still no flowers !!
After making numerous phone calls and sending emails all of which were automated ( frustrating had I been able to speak to someone the situation could have been resolved much quicker, as the flowers were being delivered to the wrong address , at which the driver felt there wasn't a safe place to leave JUST AS WELL OTHERWISE I WOULDNT HAVE KNOWN
I then received an email saying they had been left at a convenience store
THESE WERE FLOWERS , FRESH FLOWERS WHY WOULD I WANT THEM DELIVERED NOW 3 DAYS LATE
NOT ONLY THAT MY FRIEND DIDNT RECEIVE A CONSIGNMENT CARD TO TELL HER TO COLLECT YHEM FROM THE STORE BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS AT THE WRONG HOUSE
IM SORRY BUT THIS WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL EVER USE DEBENHAMS FLOWERS
