I ordered the flowers for my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary and stated that if we were not at home for them to be left in a safe place, rather than following the instructions they were taken back to the post office, which I had to collect the following day.
On opening there was a stem broken and the bouquet was not value for money at all,
especially as I had paid for a large bouquet.
Worst of all I e-mailed customer service and they have not replied.
Based on this I will not be using Debenhams flowers again.
