I live in Australia. We have a 100 year old Mother living in the UK and send her flowers every few weeks. It was trial and error at first, but having "found" Debenhams flowers has been a godsend for us. All her flowers have been excellent. We did have a small problem with messages not being included but that seems to have been resolved now.
We also use Debenhams for other UK relatives for Birthdays and Xmas and are very satisfied. We highly recommend this service, and the flowers arrive fresh and as shown in the on line photos.
