The flowers were 'sent' via royal mail. As no one was in when they called they left a card. Didn't say the delivery was perishable so recipient didn't go to collect for a few days. They were busy celebrating the birthday the flowers were sent for.
I have complained to Debenhams flowers but yet to hear back from them.
