My wife and I ordered flowers for our daughter's birthday. They were delivered on the day requested and it was a beautiful arrangement. The flowers lasted well and we could see how lovely they looked as we spoke with her on Skype a week and a half later. The only reason we didn't score this experience as "Very Good" is that we thought we had ordered a "Cake in a Tin" as well. Thus the ordering experience was not totally straight forward. Still, we will definitely order from Debenhams again. We have never been disappointed with the service.
