Flowers were ordered for 15/02/16. Flowers were dispatched on 30/01/16. I tried to contact customer support multiple times.
Eventually got a reply 4 days after the flowers were delivered. Not even an explanation as to why they responded so late. Not happy at all. No easy contact number and that's huge for me.
Would not use again..
