Flowers were delivered a day earlier than i requested, but received email on the day i had requested telling my they had been delivered. Flowers were dead, stems were rotten. Tried contacting customer service =no success, contacted Debenhams via Facebook (who were VERY helpful), finally got email regarding my complaint, sent photos of flowers as proof, they offered to send a replacement bunch of flowers, confirmed delivery details then had an email saying they were out of stock of those flowers. Replied to email asking for full refund...... no reply from Debenhams as of yet. VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AND WILL BE AVOIDING THIS MONEY GRABBING COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
