Never again. Valentine flowers ordered to be delivered on the 13th as the 14th was a Sunday. Flowers were delivered on the 12th, when there was no one home, hence the instruction for the 13th.
Tried on the Monday to speak to someone at Debenham flowers, 45 minutes on hold before i gave up.
Eventually spoke to someone at customer services who took my phone number and email and was told they would get back to me, still waiting.
I'll be expecting a full refund plus the monies i used to buy new flowers.
