I ordered some Pink roses to arrive the Thursday before Valentines, although as soon as I put my order in I noticed that I had ordered them to arrive a week earlier than I wanted.
This occurred on a Sunday night so the phone lines were open so I decided to leave a verbatim comment to be picked up by the team. Wednesday arrives and I receive an email about my order being dispatched, I left another verbatim comment but the next days the flowers arrive so I called up the customer service team and explained the situation the correct things for me and said that they would send out a complimentary replacement on the date I had initially wanted. This was very good service. (Not where my bad score derives from)
When I opened the packaging and saw the flowers I had ordered I was very underwhelmed as they had already begun to wilt and weren't very nice at all. I gave Debenhams the benefit of the doubt and waited for the next bunch to arrive. Sadly they arrived in the same condition and I was embarrassed to give them as a gift.
I was not very pleased with the quality of product, especially seeing the price of the item. I would not consider purchasing from Debenhams Flowers again.
