Ordered these for my mother and when they arrived some of the roses had dead petals and the others looked bashed and bruised. Tried to contact Debenhem flowers 3 times via email and contact us but have still not heard anything from them.
What was delivered to my mother was not the luxury bouquet that I saw and ordered online.
I am very disappointed with the service and very upset that no one has contacted me to put this right.
As it stands at the moment I would not use them again.
