Dear Sir
I would like to say how disappointed I am in the Roses I recently bought for my wife on valentines day. From the moment they arrived they never looked fresh. This was confirmed as they never looked any different from then on. They just went from bad to worse and so I threw them away after only two days, so as at least my wife could see them on valentines day. When they should have lasted longer. It spoilt my surprise gift for her, which was very disappointing.
