I ordered flowers & teddy bear for Valentines delivery.
Flowers arrived on time but the bear did not. On contacting customer services, they said they would refund the cost of bear & still send the bear.
They did refund the cost but bear still has not arrived.
Flowers were lovely though.
Maybe bear is still en route from Peru to A train station in London before his onward journey after a long delay getting a visa.
