Paid extra for a one hour delivery slot, but didn't get the hour confirmed until 9am on the day, so couldn't plan anything for that day.
Thank god I paid the extra £5 for a large bouquet, as I imagine the smaller one is just one flower on its own.
£50 got me an arrangement the same size and quality as paying £15 at Tesco.
