Flowers arrived earlier than specified ruining my suprise. The customer service rep suggested another bouquet of flowers to remedy the issue....... The flowers were supposed to be purple and red, we ended up getting white and red. After a pain staking lay slow customer service response time we are now 16 days down the road and I am still waiting on a response as to why I do not have a store credit. With Mother's Day looming this is not looking good.
