I ordered a deluxe bouquet of roses for my girlfriend on Valentine's day. What arrived, were not, by anyone's perspective, deluxe.
I contacted customer services and didn't receive a reply. I chased them up and eventually got a response, they offered to send a new bouquet out as an apology, this never arrived. I emailed again and once again didn't get a reply. I found the head of customer services email online and contacted him directly, he didn't even bother to reply, instead getting someone else to handle my complaint. Almost 3 weeks past and eventually a bouquet arrived, even though I've asked for a refund, which never arrived.
I was a first time customer, I shall never use Debenhams for anything ever again.
