Flowers were delivered a day early and we're very poor quality were dying by the date they were due to be delivered I emailed and after 4 days of waiting on a response I had to call was offered new flowers and free chocs I asked for a full refund which they agreed to but no compensation. Very poor customer service . Left me quite embarrassed and an elderly lady disappointed. Never again
