The flowers arrived looking really nice but the next day over half of them were dead or droopy. There was a lot of foliage to bulk out the bunch even though there was "50% extra". Obviously they use it fill the bouquet out instead of getting extra flowers. Have used Debenhams flowers before and had a good experience but this time (Mothers day) I was extremely disappointed.
Made a complaint but have not got anywhere, £30 wasted - should of gone else where!
