Absolutely fuming! The flowers that I ordered for Mothers Day arrived on Friday 3rd March. There were 4 roses, which were open and browning and 4 lilys, 2 of which were broken. These were nothing like the picture, there were much more of each flower. I went to see my mum on Friday evening and was so embarrased, disappointed and disgusted when I saw the flowers. When I came home, I had a look on the Debenham's site but this particular bouquet had disappeared, I wonder why? I tried to phone customer services to complain but they do Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. It's now Monday 7th at 11.30am and I've been on hold for 20 mins because all of their operators are busy. I bet they are!! They have 2 customer service numbers listed on there site and only 1 works. They also said that the customer service phone lines would be open on the weekend of Mother's Day on their site but not true. Never, ever again will I give money to Debenhams flowers. I'm absolutely disgusted! I've written an e-mail to customer services and this hasn't been acknowledged yet. Don't take the chance, buy from somewhere else.
