Flowers delivered three days late, dead leaves & very dried out!
No communication to advise me not going to be able to deliver in time for Mothers Day. Parcel tracking said that flowers were in a distribution centre all weekend.
One very disappointed customer who had arranged early delivery to avoid the possibility of this happening.
