The flowers were delivered a day earlier than requested which was not ideal.
I also tried to cancel them 5 days before they were to be delivered (it does state on the website to allow 4 days before delivery for cancellation during busy periods) and was told as the delivery label was printed, they could not be cancelled. Very disappointing service.
