I ordered two lots of flowers for Mothers day. Delivered to two different areas of the UK. Both sets of flowers were delivered dead and looked nothing like the images.
I emailed Debenhams as soon as they were delivered and I still have not had any response.
I will never be using this service again. They have let me down, let my mother down and they have let them self down.
