I ordered flowers for my mum and mum in law for mothers day. As i live overseas I had emailed Debenhams to ask how i would be notified of my delivery time as it didn't state this on the website. I never received a reply but did eventually receive an email on the Sunday morning (UK time) with an hour time slot. I don't know if i would have received the email in time should i have had a morning delivery. I was rather disappointed with the lack of communication but the flowers arrived on the day and both mum's were happy with them.
