The flowers I ordered for a Mothers Day gift were wilted and had to be put in the bin five days after they were received. I received flowers from a different supplier as a Mothers day gift and the difference was night and day. The other suppliers flowers looked so much more vibrant, healthy and lasted a full 2 weeks.
I know things can sometimes go wrong, so I contacted Debenhams flowers on the 9th of March. Their auto response said, as it was a busy period, it may be slightly longer than their usual 2 days, before I would receive a reply.
19 days have passed and still no response, despite me sending a second e-mail.
So, unfortunately, in my view, the poor quality flowers have been matched by the poor quality customer service.
