Flowers delivered half dead. As they were Mothers day flowers, my Mother complained to Debenhams twice in email with pictures and only received a automated reply.
Finally after 2 weeks of trying to resolve her self my Mother gave up and told me (son) about the dead flowers and the very poor follow up with Debenhams.
I spoke with Debenhams who offered to upgrade a bunch of flowers (what was the point as not Mothers day), Then they agreed to refunfd the flowerss.
In summary dead flowers and very poor service from Debenhams.
