Ordered because for some reason Interflora couldn't deliver on the date I needed. Whilst the process of ordering was easy I needed them delivered for my Mother's 70th birthday on 2nd March. They eventually arrived 3 days late in a battered box with many of the flower heads damaged. Certainly not worth the money and not what I would have expected from a well respected name like Debenhams. I won't be using them again.
