Quality of flowers has been poor. Website not issuing confirmation of orders and orders being delivered before requested date.
All the issues addressed by customer service however you don't expect poor quality and with flowers the receiver doesn't necessarily want to say 'thank you, there poor quality'. So I'm not sure.I'm a fan
