Flowers ordered for my mum & mother-in--law for mothers day.
Arrived on specified day.
Quality poor as already wilting, didn't last more than a few days!
Contacted customer service by email a number of time, re complaint, received no reply, just generic email saying they were busy due to it being mothers day, same reply two weeks later ..... go figure!
Won't be using this service again.
