I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Saturday 5th March in time for Mothers Day on Sunday 6th March. The flowers arrived on Monday 7th in the afternoon, dried up and disheveled. I made a complaint to Debenhams Flowers Customer Service who replied saying: ' Whilst we normally aim to answer all emails within 2 working days, it may take slightly longer than usual to get back to you at this busy time. Please accept our apologies if this is the case'. To this date nobody has contacted me. I will not be using Debenhams Flowers ever again and will not be recommending you to any friends or family.
